Our plan for the week includes practicing yoga and meditation twice a day, with a balanced emphasis on finding deep quiet, allowing freedom of the breath, and creating gentle and sweet flow of energy in the body. Yoga beginners will be safe and cared for, and advanced practitioners will have time to cultivate and attend to areas of their own focus.
In between the yoga, we’ll explore Tuscany with three group excursions (included in your fees): a visit to the breathtaking Cinque Terra region on the Mediterranean seaside; a guided, scenic river bike ride to historic Villa Grabau and its exquisitely preserved gardens (with a stop for gelato!); and a taste of nightlife in Pietrasanta - an Artists village, featuring shops, galleries, and restaurants that spill out onto the sidewalks.
